New Appointments on Supervisor (Female) posts (Permanent / Regular) are given salary as per Level 4 (Rs. 25500-81100) of Jammu & Kashmir Pay Matrix which corresponds to Pay Band PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 Grade Pay 2400. The Starting basic pay of Supervisor on level 4 after probation period is Rs. 25500 per month and this is also the total salary given to candidate during probation. Last basic pay on this level is Rs. 81100 per month.

JKSSB Female Supervisor Salary during Probation period of 2 years:
Newly Selected will be put under 2 years of probationary period. During probation, Candidate will be given salary in minimum of pay scale without any allowances. So total salary of new appointments during probation will be Rs. 25500 per month without any allowances.
Total salary = Basic Pay + Allowances (DA + HRA + Others (CCA, TA, Special pay etc. as applicable)).
JKSSB Supervisor Salary 2024 (Total & Net) on regular posts:
- Pay Scale: Level 4 (Rs. 25500-81100) of JK Pay Matrix (Rs. 5200-20200 with Grade Pay 2400)
- Starting Total Salary during 2 years probation: Rs. 25500 per month
- Starting Basic Pay after 2 years probation: Rs. 25500 per month
- Starting Total Salary after probation: Around Rs. 35600-38100 per month depending on area of posting and rate of allowances.
- Net In Hand Salary: Rs. 32400-34900 per month
Allowances given:
- Dearness allowance: 42% of Basic pay
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) depending on posting area – (8-16% of basic pay)
- other allowances, if applicable, as per rules of J&K Govt Pay Rules.
