NABARD Development Assistant Pay Scale
The pay scale of DA posts is Rs. 13150 – 750(3) – 15400 – 900(4) – 19000 – 1200 (6) – 26200 – 1300 (2) – 28800 – 1480 (3) – 33240 – 1750 (1) – 34990 (20 years). The starting basic pay in this scale is Rs. 14650 (including two advanced increments) given for newly joining graduate candidates. Last basic pay on this post after 20 years of service will be Rs. 34990 per month.
This basic pay NABARD keep on increasing every year. The starting basic pay Rs. 14650 which includes 2 advanced increments of Rs. 750 per year. So after one year of service, the basic pay becomes Rs. 15400. Then, for next four years, an increment of Rs. 900 per year is to be given which makes basic pay Rs. 19000 after these 4 years. The numbers shown in bracket in the pay scale are no. of years of service.
