UP PRPB Head Operator Pay Scale
Upon appointment to Head Operator post, candidate will be given Salary as per UP Pay Matrix Level 6 of Uttar Pradesh i.e. Rs. 35400-112400 (equivalent to Pay band 2: Rs. 9300-34800 Grade pay Rs. 4200).
For these posts, Rs. 35400 is the starting basic pay. Total salary and in hand salary can be determined after adding all allowances to basic pay.
The starting basic pay of Level 6 in Uttar Pradesh Pay Matrix on regular Govt Job post is Rs. 35400 per month. Last basic pay of this level is Rs. 112400.

UP Police Head Operator Salary 2024 (Total & In Hand)
- Pay Scale: Pay Matrix Level 6 Rs. 35400-112400
- Starting basic pay: Rs. 35400
- Starting Total Salary after addition of all allowances to starting basic pay: Rs. 57100-63100 per month
- Deductions (10% of basic pay + DA and other taxes): Rs. 5000
- In Hand Salary per month: Rs. 52100-58100 per month
UP Police Head Operator Salary includes allowances at following rates:
- Dearness Allowance: 46% of basic pay i.e. Rs. 16284 (already added in total salary given above)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA) : 8 to 24 percent of basic pay depending on place of posting of candidate.
- Travel Allowance
- CCA
- Risk allowance
- Special pay as applicable.
Rs. 400 application fee is required to be paid by candidate to apply. Selection process consist of 400 marks Online Exam with 2 hours 30 minutes duration. Those who qualify written test, will have to appear for Physical test.
